28+ DAY DRY AGED BEEF

Tenderization: occurs when enzymes naturally present in the meat act to break down the tougher muscle fibers and connective tissues. A well aged steak should be noticeably more tender than a fresh steak. The eating experience will be much more satisfying.

Flavor: is caused by numerous processes, including enzymatic and bacterial action. Properly dry-aged meat will develop deeply beefy, nutty, and almost cheese-like aromas. This will enhance the longer the beef is aged.


WESTHOLME WAGYU BEEF

Westholme Wagyu cattle have been raised on vast natural grasslands in the Northern part of Australia – they are then finished on a unique blend of grains which gives the product a perfectly sweet and beefy flavor. Combine this with the intense tenderness from the Wagyu marbling and we feel it’s the perfect steak.

Our deli at Sons Of A Butcher is a Boars Head Exclusive Deli. All our sandwhiches are prepared using the freshest boars head meats & the freshest bread delivered daily! We have a variety of house made deli salads and the most delicious homemade fresh mozzarella. We have 3ft & 6ft Heroes available, over stuffed with boars head quality meats only!
